Strategy

I start by understanding the problem before committing to a solution. Most briefs arrive with a solution already in mind. I prefer to step back, understand the problem, and make sure we're solving the right thing before moving forward.

I use research, stakeholder conversations and competitive analysis to uncover assumptions, identify constraints and find opportunities that might otherwise be missed. Before moving into design, I focus on creating alignment around what we're solving, who we're solving it for and how success will be measured.

User Experience

I design experiences that help people complete tasks with as little friction as possible. That starts with understanding how users think, what they're trying to achieve and where existing journeys are falling short.

I use user research, interviews, journey mapping and testing to shape experiences around real behaviours rather than assumptions. My goal is to make products feel intuitive, predictable and easy to use without users having to think about the interface itself.

I actively explore new tools and technologies to improve the way I work. Whether that's using AI to accelerate research, generate ideas, prototype concepts or automate repetitive tasks, I'm interested in finding practical applications that create genuine value.

I see AI as a tool that enhances the design process rather than replacing it. The goal isn't to remove human judgement, but to spend more time solving problems and less time on manual work.
