Foundations
Before design began, I restructured the platform architecture to bring multiple hotels and venues into one clear digital ecosystem.
Using sitemap exploration and content planning, I mapped how users would navigate between the collection brand, individual properties, rooms, dining, and booking journeys.
This early foundation helped simplify complexity, align stakeholders, and create a scalable structure for the final experience.

Design
I used a design systems approach to unify the collection while preserving the identity of each hotel and venue.
Shared components, layout patterns, and reusable templates created consistency across the platform, while brand variables such as colour, imagery, and tone allowed each property to retain its own character.
This created a scalable foundation that improved design efficiency, strengthened the group experience, and made future expansion easier to manage.

Outputs
The final design balanced a cohesive collection experience with the character of each individual property.
A shared visual language, consistent layouts, and refined interactions created a seamless experience across the platform, while tailored imagery, colour palettes, and content styling gave each hotel and venue its own distinct presence.
Clear navigation and prominent booking pathways helped users move easily between discovery and conversion, supporting both brand perception and commercial goals.
